Very beautifully written. I think that they were both very in character, because people do act differently while in love and it seems like you could still see it happening. There was one part however when he asked to prove himself, where I don't see Neji doing something like that. i think the other side of Neji tends to me vulnerable rather than self-confident, and that was a move of slight arrogance. However, I still got the feels. :)

some parts had me rolling my eyes but cute nonetheless.

hmm...I'm kind of mixed on this one. The writing was superb as always and the plot had a good idea, but something was just off about it. It kinda felt a little...forced? I'm not sure how else to describe it. I really didn't like how Neji said one line and then was all on top of her. It just rubbed me the wrong way. I also thought it might have been more interesting if they had stayed on top of the mountain instead of going back to her apartment.
