The only evil thing here is the fact...YOUR CHAPTERS ARE TOO SHORT!
Seriously most authors make chapters LONGER to attract readers while your story is good is has a very good chance of being a great story it will not be if your chapters are this short. Sorry to say but those short stories several authors on this site have written are far longer than 9-10 of your chapters put together. Just food for thought here.

How do they know the enemies are stronger than Fate? And how do they know if they can return home?

Your writing seems fine, but I would recommend italics or past tense for future flashbacks as an easier way to tell the difference.

Yay, teams! Did Kakashi not notice that Naruto knew they would be tested before he said anything? He's also a little out of character. You're not really giving him the flair he had in the manga.
