I like this story and overall I did enjoy it, but I did struggle with how angsty it is (that's my personal feelings, though, nothing to do with you). I did like that the ending was kept very real, though, without promise of anything major, but the promise of some hope. My biggest issues with this, though, are that I don't believe Brittany would have allowed herself to sleep with someone straight away on the first date, especially with unsure feelings, she would have simply kept it as a date and she would have called San back, not being happy with David hanging up her phone (also, it may not have been intentional and it wasn't stayed specifically, but David plying her with alcohol and being hesitant with his own makes it seem like he was giving her rufies or something, it came across like drug-assisted rape and that was never brought up by Brittany or in general. In my mind, he never loved her at all, he merely lusted after her. He's a despicable human being and he deserved some sort of comeuppance for everything he did, which never really happened). Also, I'm sure the at the start, the hospital would have given Britt her belongings when she woke up to see if they helped recall anything, especially, something as significant as a wedding ring. I also don't believe Santana would have lied about their marriage, she would have done everything she could to help her remember and know what was the truth. Lastly, where were Britt's parents during this? And Santana's? and I'm sure they must have had some other friends between them, besides just Quinn, Glee or otherwise. Parental figures and other family/siblings alone would have been around and wanting to help and definitely wouldn't have gone along with the lie. Sorry if this sounds harsh at all, these things just REALLY bothered me. Overall, I think it's a good story, it was just kind of unrealistic and a little too angsty for my personal liking.
