That was really funny. :) This reminded me so much of where Halt and Pauline are talking with each other in chapter 3 of book 7. XD Ferocious Cassandra-that was hilarious.

Even funnier was her comment about Will's "mop of hair" and the sad state of Halt's hair. XDD

It's fine about the number of stories on the archives page. (You have, like, 8 up there. :P) It means that you're updating your stories a lot! :D

This was so adorable, I thought I was going to burst, for a second there. :P I can so see Horace doing that, picking up on even MORE bad habits from the rangers.

Cassandra's: "Will at least has such a mop of hair that you can't tell" made me laugh alot, too. How right she is.

I can just imagine what Duncan might say if he came upon his daughter cutting Horace's hair out in the middle of an impromptu picnic. Okay, maybe I can't. But I'm sure it'd be stinking hilarious.

The interchange at the very end reminded me strongly of the scene in book 7 where Pauline is instructing Halt that he WILL get a haircut, and I had to giggle. Cassandra and Horace, arguing like an old married couple. :P It's so perfect. What with Horace and his easy-going nature, and Cassie with her need to be in control, it all works out so humorously, it's impossible not to get a laugh out of this little fic. Lovely, lovely job.

I must say I'm becoming addicted to your Horace/Cassie stories, because you're the only author on the boards who writes on their relationship in any detail, and I just love them together. It's so adorable.

Speaking of which... YOU'RE WRITING MORE? I love you forever. It would be wonderfully wonderful to see a new Horace/Cassie fic on the boards, especially if you're writing it. :D :D :D
