Hangelove chapter 1 . 8/19/2017
Heh nice to read that Naruto didnt die at Itachi's hands in the end of orbital
KiraK.chan chapter 1 . 4/25/2015
There's so much I want to say but mainly that this was just a great sequel! I even was hoping for one and never expected it hahaha naruto is definitely a bit inconsiderate when he doesn't mean to be! Like still being super close with Sakura and definitely going over the friend-line haha but he should Defs be paranoid about itachi cause hell I would be! D: sasuke growing out of his dependance on itachi is great but he will forever be his lil bro thanks a lot for this!
wicked liz chapter 1 . 5/24/2013
I liked this more than Orbital Period - probably because I'm an Uchiha-whore, but I think it's because Naruto doesn't come off as an ass in this one.

His perpetual fear of death-by-Itachi is hilarious.

I liked the inclusion of Karin and Suigetsu, but why no Juugo, I really like Team Taka cause they're in-universe Sasuke fans.
hgjasdf chapter 1 . 10/26/2011
this is amazing. i really loved sasuke's character here. he's all insecure and yet he's trying to grow up and naruto comes invading his space leaves him confused but yet he likes it.

itachi was a darling too. really loved it so much. thank you for writing this!
fiesa chapter 1 . 7/19/2011
I seldom read Naruto/Sasuke stories, but I like reading them. Especially when they're well written, not too long and AU, and you story kind of had everything I love!

The way you write your stories is really good. I loved the detailed descriptions, the dialogues, the humor and emotions between and in the characters and especially the way relationships evolve slowly but steadily and the way you describe them. The one between Naruto and Sasuke was wonderful, but I think your Itachi is an amazing character, too, protective and yet unable to let go of his little four-year-old brother. The fact that he wants to be there for Sasuke but can't always because he had to learn to take care of him in such a young age shines through, even though he rarely appears in the later paragraphs. The same way, the relationship between Sasuke and Naruto from their childhood years to the end of the story was beautiful to read (and to watch) and I enjoyed the entire story a lot!

The way each paragraph is a story in itself is something I found absolutely wonderful. Some are short - the one about Sasuke's glasses, for example, and some are longer, and I loved every single one.

And the ending was perfect, even though it wasn't an ending, not really. There are many subjects you mentioned which still remain open at the end and yet I loved the way the story finished and wouldn't want it to be any different. You created a beautiful story there. Thank you for sharing it!
Jellybean06 chapter 1 . 4/14/2011
That ending was just so sweet and I am still smiling.

I love how Sasuke progresses through this story, how his world gradually expands to include more than just himself and Itachi. And Naruto just seems so genuine, bumbling and anxious and eager but also really sweet when it counts. Also his interactions with Itachi were hilarious XD

Lovely story. Thank you for sharing.
ohgodwhycantidelete chapter 1 . 2/22/2011
I'm really envious of your style. I think I wrote a review for Orbital Period a long time ago where I said something similar, but really, it's such an interesting way you write, kind of absentminded and colorful, like it's stumbling around in a way bigger story and only part of it is written down.

Something like that. I like it a lot.
Spiral Loki chapter 1 . 1/6/2011
This is too gorgeous for words

1. I love the structure of your story, the subtle change in vocabulary and tone from young Sasuke to older Sasuke.

2. I love Itachi/Sasuke relationship paralled by his to Naruto's. it speaks to true for how it is canon-wise and unbelievably depicted their retarded (3) relationship

3. Naruto/Sasuke relationship, which goes without saying. I love how it grew in this piece and I love the moments they had, especially getting caught having sex. The way they both related to each other through situation (unlike most 'oh they were simply attracted to each other' pieces) and how Sasuke finds himself being defined through Naruto and vice versa.

4. The symbolism - the spit on Sasuke's hand, the two helmets, Itachi sitting in their father's chair. It was too brilliant.

5. Babble mouth Naruto. Gosh don't you just love him?

6. The subtle humour. Nothing outlandish or overt, but there's a quiet amused tone to your style in this piece, which just works; especially from Sasuke's POV who's difficult to write seeing as he's so emotionally closed off in canon.

7. Everything. Thank you for sharing this stunning piece of work!
Capricarin chapter 1 . 10/30/2010
Hi, I just saw this on ff and I had to go back and read 'Orbital Period' again before reading this D

The first one is really good, this one is really-really good too! I like how you wrote brotherly Itachi, you made me all tingly inside with your writing lol. And some scenes are subtly written that they got me teary eyed D

The pace is good too, it's like reading Naruto and Sasuke's autobiography with a dash of melancholic Itachi mixed in. My conclusion is you're really a nice author for writing this :)
onceuponamockingjay chapter 1 . 10/10/2010
I just wanted to say before I start reading that the title totally hooked me to read it. I love the song "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey and the title remined me of it, or was that the intention? haha. Now off to read the fic.
Nivell chapter 1 . 10/9/2010
Amazing story! Love everything about this...little itty 4-year old Sasuke crying, over-protective Itachi, Sasuke meeting Naruto and then their relationship gradually turns romantic and sexual. Can't wait for 'Soap Bubbles' too. Great job!
moopad chapter 1 . 10/9/2010
Love it. I'll have to go and read Orbital Period.

It has this reminiscing atmosphere and warm and light humor.

very well written

thanx
Ravensbleeding chapter 1 . 10/8/2010
Wow. That was just, wow. Some parts of it confused me in the beginning because it didn't seem to be chronological, but then it seemed to get better as I read on and the ending was just amazing.
