Please please please this story is just toooooo addictive

Been following this fanfic for a long time now, and I wonder if I will ever see its conclusion. Regardless, this is my all time favorite piece of literature. A goddamn masterpiece in its depth of character development and interaction. Every time I see it has been updated, well...it’s like getting an unexpected Christmas present.

Talking about regret now reminds me of the Zuko of this story here and what reminded me of Zuko was a Didney worl movie I just saw with adult ladyfriends, I perhaps, somewhat, in a way or two, would totally bang (in a friendlike way) but respectfully don't, and friends from back in the college days. Oh this is disgustingly well written. I actually came across this fic because someone on a forum listed this and one other fic as the greatest of all avatar the last airbender fics and I can see why. Are you an author irl?

You say fire nation loyalist, which would mean loyal to zuko, but I think you mean rebels because that would be the more accurate term

I will admit that I probably would not have started reading this story if I had known the subject matter, but I'm glad I didn't know because you roped me in and now I'm in for the long haul. I really appreciate your handling of the interactions between Ursa and Azula and the long, rocky, one-step-forward-two-steps-back process that goes into healing a relationship like that. Way better than The Search. It is frustrating to see Ursa, for all her efforts, seemingly incapable of recognizing clear signs (by which I mean big fucking neon signs surrounded by lightbulbs) of severe trauma in her daughter, given that she has been through trauma herself, but you've also established that she has some powerful abilities of denial that she will need to overcome. Hopefully she will be able to push past some of that denial going forward and not need to have everything spelled out for her by way of an ugly confrontation. It looks like the updates are coming pretty far apart at this point, but I still hope to see another one soon! I hope whatever you're doing in life now is less shitty than some of those jobs you talked about (yes, I read this fic in a week and so watched 9 years of your life unfold in the author's notes). I've had toxic jobs, and they're a bitch. Take care of yourself, and I look forward to the next update.
