I see people have been comparing your story to 'Underworld'. I haven't watched it before, but I honestly couldn't care less about whether or not the premise is based upon some film or novel. Many of the stories you read and watch are just re-hashes of the same ideas anyway. I'm much more interested in the little details and events that take place and how different those are from the "original".

Gotta say, 'Wounded Cry' is looking pretty promising and I have a feeling I'm going to love it. 'Course, I'm kind of bummed that it's being put on hold, but I love 'Fire's Angel' as well, so I can deal. Can't have everything in life, huh? At least you're not discontinuing it.

Looking forward to seeing how Alice's speech goes, and an introduction to Bella's side of the story. I can't imagine she'd be up for war in the first place, considering her personality, and I highly doubt she'd be oblivious to who exactly saved her younger brother. Also looking forward to the next chapter of 'Fire's Angel', of course.

Okay, going to leave it at that before I start bursting out into Richard Marx's 'Right Here Waiting'. Did I say I love your stories yet? Because I do.

i really like this story so diffrent from the others and very well written..

i got so excited thinking it was a new chapter

but then it would have been worse had you said you where dicontinuing the story

cant wait til you finish fires angel (loving it) and carry on with this cause its started out really intresting

Great Beginning!

This story is what I have been looking for. I am tired of reading stories where its just a remake of the original twilight, that is not to say I dont like them because there are some that are fantastic but I wanted something different. In reading this I have found it. I actually did go searching for something that would be AU while keeping to the character and yet showing them in a different light. I believe you have done this, wonderfully. I like the world you made and the conflictions you have created. I look forward to reading what you may add, I understand that at times authors have no muse to continue but what you have done is so far is amazing.

It's the The Kiesha'ra Series by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. . . you didn't really change all that much but this is the beginning of the story as you say so I won't jump to any conclusions. Let me just say that the first book in the series, Hawksong, that you are modeling this story off of is probably the worst book in the entire series in terms of plot. The author seriously grew as an author as this series went on and looking back, the first two books are kinda lacking (Falcondance being ok and the last two being awesome.) I don't know what exactly I'm trying to say here except maybe bring in more twilight plot pieces and try to stay away from that entire 'Danica breaking her word because she thought her deal with Zane was only a dream' thing. . . it was stupid and you can do better.
