Your descriptions of setting-especially the "bamboo forest, a fleeting shadow racing across the sanguine dusk", "poured a cup of moonlight over his dark head", and "sat unmoving in the pouring rain, a soft sheen surrounded him like a shimmering halo". Those were absolutely masterful; the poet inside me rejoiced.

I was like, d'aww-ing thorough the fic. Completely adorable.

Rikuo and Zen's relationship are clearly portrayed, and you also included their own POVs. It adds more emotions into the story but it also didn't make it too sappy, which is of course, a good thing. ;D

And your ending line makes me anticipate more and more for this story. Really wish for a sequel, haha. xD
