This was utterly gorgeous. I've been staring at the spread for days, wondering if it was going to be the picture that finally prompted me to write an Ichigo/Rukia story. However, after reading this, I can't possibly imagine another scenario going along with that pic. This was beautiful. The detail was amazing. Something that really struck me was the way that you described their movements. I believe that you can learn just as much about a character from their movements as you can learn from the dialogue. And when Ichigo bit her bra strap to pull it down-not only was the scene amazingly well written and HOT, it really showed his character (how sure he was with his body, and hers, his desperation for her). Really, this was excellent. Great work :)

I've got to admit, I'm rather surprised that you sent me a private message asking me to review this fic - no one has actually "tracked me down" over the years I've been on this site, so to speak. But you asked for my thoughts, so here it goes: as evidenced by my adding this story to my favorites, I very much enjoyed the fic. I actually followed it from Bleachness, where I happen to lurk, curious about what someone would make of the IchiRuki "honeymoon" spread.

I was pleasantly surprised: a story without any obvious spelling or grammar errors, that kept the characters in character, and toyed with an interesting concept that isn't used in abundance. The part about the bunny-shaped lasagna of fiery death was wonderful (incidentally, milk would have worked better to wash it down), and the sex scene and the ending were both very sweet. I'm still somewhat curious if Rukia's urge to celebrate was simply for being on vacation, or for something else (I was thinking that maybe they were expecting, but considering they're drinking wine, that doesn't seem all that likely). And the "strawberry sweetie" bit was awesome in its own way.

All in all, you did a very good job on this one-shot. I thank you for the enjoyable read, and wish you the best.

I saw the "Honeymoon" Spread and nearly... died (and went to fangirl heaven). It would keep me satiated for the time being to the point where I won't rant to my roommates how IchiHime the OPs and EDs of the anime are recently... This is a very nice companion fic to the Calendar.D

An IC married Ichigo and Rukia! I am waiting for this fanfic! It's a very fun read. I hope you will make a series that involves this story 3 But nevertheless, really great!
