hey ! i am back and this time with enough vocabulary to express myself clearly ... so in this chap , robin was more canon robin like while luffy was unluffy - like in contrast to the previous chap where both divereged from their canon-selves .. but since it's a fanfic so that much divergence is acceptable ... but i personally don't like sanami pairing ( its my personal opinion ) so that was a sore spot ... but i really like your way of writing ... that first chap was brilliantly written in third person pov expressing robin's past ... and this one too .. although there was a simpler approach in this one .. but yeah you write some interesting stuff .. and as long as it's interesting , it's great ... so keep writing .. you have a knack for it...

that was nice... to tell you the truth it was beautifully written and i don't have the required vocabulary to express my thoughts on this fic so the only thing i can say is great job ! and keep writing !

First off – thank God one day I found this site and found you here. It gave me so many happy moments and made my hunger for creativeness satisfied on the level I was coming back every day to this site and checking if by chance you wrote anything new. Seriously, without the drive to write and without a strong attachment to keep me here I would be still merely a lurker here. Instead you opened by eyes, made me WANT to be here and indulge in this perfect world you can show with such finesse and balance I’m left amazed and on the verge of emotional breakdown – lol, though in a good, motivational, inspiring way. It was like Catharsis. I wouldn’t write myself and have something I could call ‘obsession’ XD or more like –passion- -without seeing how you fight, struggle and keep pushing to re-write and make Betting even better than it was, gathering ideas and breathing LIFE to your characters – you made them ‘yours’ in a way that they’re like mirror image of Oda’s – reverted, backwards, because it’s AU where they live and different lives they live instead of sailing the seas, but everything is the same, no ooc-ness, no ..weaknesses that would make the loopholes visible as for the characters traits and… that’s why I love your works so much, Gecko. Robin in here is described with all of her characteristics in such detailed, insightful and emotional-rattling way – I’m left with more understanding of her reasoning that guided her through life and ..all of it sticks and makes perfect sense. I’m always saying I adore your Luffy and he is one of the best characterizations I’ve E.V.E.R. had the pleasure to read, but I don’t get sick of repeating it, because it’s true, :D. Beautiful song – one of my favorite ones and I feel it was somehow evilly planned, XD. Besides, despite seriousness of it you gave my heart a powerful dose of joy and mirth when I read Luffy’s lines, XD. That was so like him to say! Now I wanna write something epic for you~3

It's a well known fact that I have some issues putting sex and Luffy together in canon universe.

Usually, I can stand it just if it's a crack-fic or an AU where some freedoms can be allowed.

But you made it!

(as it had to be expected from you)

You managed to make me love a work where Luffy has sex in canon universe.

You managed to make Luffy believable as a sexual being without betraying his real nature (In my opinion, it's almost an impossible achievement)

He's playful, carefree, light-hearted, spontaneous and natural, sweet, deep and funny, all at the same time.

And I'm absolutely pleased that you're giving Robin some attention, she's such a powerful character and there's so much about her that is worth to be investigated and discovered.

I loved how you pictured Robin's feelings from her past, she got such a hard life that made her what she's, but she had to learn all of her lessons the hard way, there's no wonder she's so strong and so deeply wise.

Pairing Luffy with Robin was risky but you successfully avoided any awkwardness, everything flows smooth so when they finally get together there's a feeling of serene fullfilment and it actually does have sense.
