Awe this was a really great story!

This story was just so beautiful. I love Carole- she's my favorite character :) It just breaks my heart how hard it was for them when Finn was little- some people just seem to get it all! That with Carole's mum trying to make Finn move in with her was just terrible, I know she was trying to help but no- just no! Finn belongs with Carole and that's it! And damn- after everything that's happened writing that really breaks my heart.
This fic was- as I've already said really beautiful. Just amazingly written and a round of applause coming your way. Really amazing job.

I loved the fact that you gave us Carole's story, from when she wasn't so much more than a kid herself to her happy endings, and showed us why and how Finn meant so much to her. Sticking to her POV gave a refreshing slant on the show's storylines.

There's something truly wrong with the fact that you posted this over a year ago and yet I only read it last week.

This is awesome because it fills in some much-needed backstory of Finn and Carole's relationship. The show has alluded to their closeness without really delving into it, and it's awesome how you explore that with the canon of the Hudmel blended family fiasco.

And the ending is just too sweet - Finchel babies always completely do me in.

That is incredibly sweet. I love Carol and Burt...and FINCHEL!

Oh goodness. I love character pieces, especially if the character in question is a parent, and this one is no exception. It's touching and realistic and you just made me love Carole even more than I already did, if that was possible. Burt, too. I loved their conversation about Finn and Kurt after Carole found Finn.

And the ending. I loved the ending as well. This is just, amazing, I loved every word of it. (:

Oh my gosh, one of the best fics I have ever read. I simply adore the Carole/Finn mother/son relationship, and I loved everything you wrote. The scene when Finn learns about Quinn and Puck betraying him had to be one of my favorites. A nice little bit of Finchel as well :) Loved it.
