Fantastic one-shot! Everything feels so smoothly done here, like honey. I guess you could say that it touched my shipping heart in a “peaceful” kind of way. :D The story was humorous, it was romantic, and it had an innocent air to it overall.

I think what I enjoyed the most was definitely the innocence of it all. The way you portrayed Arthur and Yao’s awkwardness as they were falling in love was endearing and really realistic. I love how charming Arthur was in this; he sounded really gentle, especially when he was teaching Yao how to prepare the orders and tea.

Another thing I loved was that you had a captivating AU plot going on, despite this being a one-shot. I really felt that this type of plot (the whole idea of Yao working at a Teahouse, training to be a good employee, and getting to know Arthur) could very well easily be used in a multi-chaptered story too. In fact, I'm actually kind of sad that this isn't a multi-chaptered story, since the plot and theme is so nice here that it could easily extend into a full-length fic. But regardless, you managed to wrap everything up perfectly in a one-shot.

I love how the dynamics of the tea house are illustrated but not explained, Arthur's subtle appreciation of Francis, while Yao stays the beutiful and more mysterious one.

It would seem like the pace was too slow, but it works well as Arthur steadily realises it all as his bussiness grows
