Why, I like this. It made me want to cry though. There's just a terrible feeling of sadness through it, especially the end. But, yes, I agree with this thought of Petunia. It makes kind of sense. Why she acted like she did, I mean. And I really like seeing this through Petunia's eyes...the way Harry changed every year.

But, it was Severus who told Lily about Dementors when Petunia was listening...it was in Snape's Memories. Maybe you already know that, it just bugged me.

"This time his eyes aren't sorrowful, but awfully hard. Like there is nothing left of him but a soldier. I am worried." I like this somehow.

Absolutely beautiful. I loved the whole thing, but especially the end, with Dudley. Petunia realizing that Dudley had grown beyond her, able to except Harry, and being happy for it was a great moment.

wow. my eyes are watering and my throat feels clogged up. poor petunia. i truly hope, with all my might, that someday she realises that she can still make things right, or at least more right, and goes to talk with Harry, or atleast sends him a letter. it would relieve so much pain from them both. and it is not in harry's nature to hold a grudge, at least not when he is apologised to, and starts to understand. for only with understanding can we begin to forgive.
