I know this is years after you wrote this, but there was actually a crossover between one piece, Toriko, and Dragon Ball. It was hilarious!

I just read your fic and it is quite good and I do think that you should do a fic with Sanji and Komatsu as it would be an interesting fic to read plus I do agree with how compatible One Piece is with Toriko as seen in the first episode of the Toriko anime that is the crossover episode with One Piece.

dude they made a special episode with toriko and onepiece for the first anime episode go to anime crazy dot net and you will find it under toriko it was funny and they really are that compatable

The Devil Fruit is a plant with gourmet cells. The tree only grows deep in the gourmet world and reaches up into space where the leaves can gather undiluted UV rays and the roots are carnivorous while the flowers on the tree give off an entrancing scent that brings in strong creatures of all sorts to feed itself. It can even bring in the gourmet bird man and those are the source of the devil fruits.

Well Oda did give of Luffy's full course, and Mellow Cola will definitely be on Franky's.

Wouldn't it be cool if someone wrote up Full courses for the Strawhats?

these two series are really that compatible. as for your idea...please write something for it! we will really have the most unconventional partnership ever out of 9 people . that would most definitely be interesting. love that idea and your story is very good as well. i am pretty sure that this is what is going to happen should the food run out...
