I really enjoyed this story. Jo'an is such a precious child and honestly the best Clois kid I've seen lol, I love her personality and quirks. And this story in particular was a great read, both humorous and heartwarming at the same time. Your writing really is a pleasure to read

This was another really good one. Would have liked more if Aunt Selina had showed up with Uncle Bruce. I can see Jo having Catwoman wrapped around her little fingers. And Selina getting her into all kinds of trouble. Oh, well. Read ya Later ;)

I was just coming to see how you ended your other jo'an story & instead I found this. I know you didn't exactly finish the other one but I liked this one a lot & think it would have made a great ending to the other one. That's just how I'm going to see it.

But even as a stand alone... I loved it! Your depiction of a clois child is the best one I have come across. Jo'an is so lovable. I hope you keep writing stories with her even though smallville is over.

Sorry for taking so long, but I finally finally got to it. This is a great mix of Christmas and new baby stories. The rivalry between Oliver and Bruce was great, and I did like the difference in that Oliver asks who she likes better while Bruce just believes/knows/prophesy/any-other-word-that-describes-his-thought-process. Laughed hard and was touched by the new kid, though Jo'an will probably take a bit to get used to him. Until next time.

I can't believe I missed this when you posted it. A wonderful Christmas story built in layers around Jo'an. The characters were great and to have Lois not only pregnant but to give on a day, in which presents especially ponies are nice a new life brings hope. Though Jo'an would rather have a pony.

Jo'an's internalizations as she avoids jumping on her mother. Then to see that no matter what nothing would stop her father from fighting to save her. Also for all of the cragginess of attitude shows, deep inside she is afraid that she really isn't worthy of her child and even her husband's love. The fear causes her to push at her husband constantly challenging him, even daring him to leave her. Clark knows this but it doesn't make it easier in trying to figure out how to stay on her good side. Yet Lois is stuck with her Smallville and happily so. Those challenges and belligerent bantering are also her way to let him know that she always notices him and doesn't take him for granted.

They had a baby on xmas. So know, i love this family, and byfamily i mean the Lane-Kents AND the JL family. They're always there for each other.

But gotta tell you though, that Jo'an being affraid to hug Lois and not kissing her right away broke my heart. I can't believe they never noticed Jo'an's cncerns about her mother. They can be so oblivious sometimes he..eh..

Yeah! Clark is with his family instead of the Kandorians!

Yeah! Lois and Clark are having another child! Lois needs to find another pet name for her son, though. I would be jealous too if my mother started using my name for another child.

Yeah! Jo’an got 62 presents! OK, I think I’m more jealous than happy, I mean she got a motorcycle AND A PONY! And …..a key?
