Ok so after reading a load of zosanzo stories this is actually a somewhat realistic szenario, i mean zoro is maybe not gay but surely pan, so imo since he's never called sanji by name he clearly doesn't want to get too attached hence, he's attracted to the love-cook. sanj is the kind that you know, has that 5% gay in him that only comes out for rare occasions but that he vehemently doesn't want to put attention to (i swear all guys i know that are 'afraid' of gays have some lingering attraction they havn't dealt with)
