You know, I've made my feelings on the matter clear, given my last review on a previous work, and, assuming you respond to these reviews, I thought I'd ask a question: While you may not be interested in/like the Fianceshipping pairing, can you at least understand why others, like myself, do? If so, then what's your take on our interpretation (I only hope that it's not a condescending "I understand the reasoning, even if it's childish/something only an idiot would think" sort of interpretation. Not that you'd necessarily do that; it's just even the most civil minded of us aren't immune to a biased report, myself included. I have strong feelings on certain matters, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like others are morons for having opinions that are different than mine at times.)

I simply request that you send a message in response to my inquiry. I'll be honest; maybe it's because I get worried that no one is interested in hearing me out on certain subjects, or that they simply don't think I'm worth the time or effort, I'm seriously considering sending a private message asking the same question to you if I don't get a response to this review. Blast my anxiety disorder...So, yeah, please respond. If nothing else, it could be an interesting little debate, if a brief one.

How sad. Pairing Judai up with a duel spirit ruled by darkness. Hmph. He really should be with someone of purity, like Asuka or better yet White!Asuka. She still exists, deep in Asuka's soul. She always has.

You need to work on character voice. Asuka and Yubel don't sound like themselves.

It's just so amazing how you can keep Yubel so much in character. No, seriously, you just nail her/him/whatever so well. Which makes everything so much more interesting and more enjoyable.

Another fine Yubel and Jaden story. I am deeply interested in what happened after their duel which I assume ended in a draw when Jaden fused their spirits

This one-shot was really cute and lovely! It was really well done, great job!

This was a nice and sweet delve-in into the characters of Yuudai and Yubel. I loved everybit of this work but what really made my day was when Yuudai was thinking about who was left in his dorm ("At any rate, he was the only actual hu... Moving on.")

It's really a breath of fresh air to see a great GX fanfic like this from you again. The plot, the theme, the characters and everything else are so canon-like and your writing style is one of the nicest to read. I also agree with you about Juudai actually not being stupid and oblivious. He may be usually lazy and airheaded, but that airheadedness disappears whenever he actually uses his head, especially in duels. He's not exactly oblivious to romance, he just usually doesn't care about it. It's too bad that many people have misunderstood this and wrote him as some kind of a dense idiot.

I really like the interaction between Juudai and Yubel in your fic. The two characters are so IC and comfortable together, given the canon fact that those two are quite engaged with each other from their past life.

It's would be nice if I can see more fic about the canon relationships like this. Have a nice day. ;)

Oh my god. What a wonderful fanfiction. I was getting tired of the crap that people post on here and expect to get praise. I mean, half of them never heard if a spell check, the other half never heard of Judai not being stupid. It really ticks me off.

Er, sorry for the rant... Anyway on to your fix. Beautiful. The way you make all of them IC. I mean, Judai is usually portraded as a fool oblivious to love life or anything. Yubel is just tossed aside like a piece of shit that Judai supposedly hates for the sake of the Judai Asuka ForEVaR. But here we can see that Yubel is the closest thing to a love interest Judai has.

I mean the shower scene, It shows that Judai is confortable with her. They seem to talk about everything. and your writing style, wonderful.

So yeah. I just wanted to say I love your fix. The review was way longer that I wanted it to be. Hehe~

You know, the fact that Juudai was never interested in Asuka in the least seems to point at this pairing from the start, after knowing what happens in season 3. I mean, Juudai never was really interested in romance...because the one he reserved it for wasn't THERE.

I mean he shows an interest for Johan, obviously, but Yubel is the one he shares this bond with. It's like when he forgot his fiance, he forgot the interest too, because there was no one else.

Or maybe I'm just reading way too far into my favorite animes because I have no life and can't seem to do anything right otherwise. -boot to the head- X3

I must say, though, this was refreshing. I always love your Yubel x Juudai stories in whatever form they take. They're always so beautifully IC and the shower scene shows just how comfortable Juudai is with Yubel. And it's just so...-shot again for being unable to explain properly-

The only thing I wish you'd added is one of Yubel's stories. It would've balanced out this fanfic really well and with your talents, I'm sure nobody would question it at all.

But overall, breathtaking fanfic. We need more of these. Please, I beg of you, come back to us. You haven't been around much lately and as such, there's barely any good ones to read. ;_;

As usual that was wonderfully written! I love all of your fics and this one is no exception! Your style is an utter joy to read and I love how you describe things. Especially how things are said; “slick amusement wrapped itself around Yubel's words” for example is a beautiful way of expressing Ybel's tone. _

Though it is an interesting take on Juudai and Yubel's relationship during season 4, I had the impression that they didn't really talk during that time but now that I think about it that seems less and less likely. Juudai goes from hating her, to forgiving her, to understanding her and we don't see how the last happens as it must have happened off screen. His tone during episode 177 and 178 indicates that he's encountered her snark before but I guess I had never thought where he'd encountered it before. I suppose I thought he must have remembered it from their past life but I like this version better. Puts season four in a whole new light.

Juudai defiantly isn't as clueless as people give him credit for. He is a great strategist after all and it isn't that farfetched for him not to understand what a French word means.

I like how Yubel refers to people other than Juudai; I do wonder how long it would take for her to acknowledge anyone else’s, especially Johan's, existence. It would defiantly take something or a rather long time. She is a different character after the Light of Ruin leaves her certainly but enough of her was in season three that she isn’t entirely blameless.

Again, fantastic fic and I can’t wait to read more of your stuff! _
