i have just finished binge reading this masterpiece-then saw the last time you updated this and wanted to cry :( please update!

This fic is pretty darn good. I know is very old. But I wanted to say thanks you.

Aaaaaand amazing cliffhanger. I’m just sad I’ll never get to know what happens afterwards. I’m glad they talked about their feelings though. I’m guessing this story won’t continue but I’m following it anyways... just in case

Wow. This was a fantastic story, really well written and best of all your characters are complex and consistent. One of the things that I love about reading fanfiction is being able to find gems like this one, that reads like a published book - but still contains the fanfiction-y goodness of being able to explore more of the beloved characters.

I really liked the realistic problem of Dick being 13 and just not getting the hormone-driven love-at-first-sight crap, and you've developed it really well to reach the point where he's starting to admit to himself that he might feel something back.

I'm so glad that you decided not to make Wally completely oblivious as well (it's just ridiculously unrealistic for him not to piece something together) and the reveal of how he feels guilty about forcing the matter too worked great. Since we've spent a lot of time seeing the conundrum from Dicks point of view.

My only criticism of the story is the "villain" plot line does feel a bit shoe-horned in. I'm sure part of that is that it's not been fully realised in a completed story, but as it stands at the moment they seem to sort of inexplicably appear and then are off on their way with no consequences. I understand the logic of Aqualad letting them go (how would they have kept them prisoner) but the joker, zoom and rouge all seem to have plot sensing powers. I would suggest taking some time to foreshadow the villains actions, have them mention a motive or show a scene hinting at what they want.

I weep that this story probably won't ever get finished - sadly that's the risk you take reading fanfiction -I do hope you keep writing though. Even if you haven't published on here in a while, I hope you're writing elsewhere. You're a really good storyteller and I'd love to see some of your other work.

Until then I've popped this one on my alerts list ;) you never know and I wouldn't want to miss anymore of this story. Maybe the release of season 3 this year will inspire you.

I'm really worried for him. Eventhough he played a lot of part on this.. Two parts actually, i can't help but think Wally got more attention, or more care -from-the-surrounding-eventhough-i-know-thats-not-true.

Robin is incredibly mature for his age, and the batman's firm stance really not helping I'd say. Bruce got his back tho and it's kinda cool i suppose.. .
But still! I really wanna see RA meet Robin (or Dick) too.. I'm curious how their relationship will depicted on this one! :,D

I thought it was simply a mistake that Wally had refer 'Robin' as 'Dick' in the watchtower before, but he's not isn't he?
Deep down I think Wally already knows, and he just hadn't had the time to process everything yet.
I wonder if Flash know his nephew had fall in love with little Bats tho..
