This is honestly an excellent fic that concisely gives a proper story about saving Merope and Tom Riddle Jr. Ironically enough the idea of someone time travelling to the past and saving Merope (and thus Tom) occurred to me before I was aware of this fic, and frankly I'm glad that you put it into words so well, as I doubt I could write out the idea with similar ability. It's a bit sad that Harry can't have another kid, but that's life.

This was such a well written and compelling story. Absolutely amazing! When I first saw the pairing I was skeptical on how it would work without a lot of force and unexplainable circumstances that included a big dose of occ involved. I really feel you stayed true to all characters, and I absolutely love the way you portrayed Harry.

A unique story; this is so beautiful. I personally think this is the best "Harry adopts Tom Riddle" story I have ever read. Thanks for writing this!

Great story, and I know it's 10 years old, but rereading this and just noticed you said an 'Irish Pub' in 1930's rural England, sorry to Britpick but that's never gonna happen, it would literally have caused a riot at that time to open one of those there

Liked the touches of evil in Tom still, the fact that he is conflicted between his nature and his nurture.

Can't help but feel Harry giving Merope a brother or a sister for Tom would have been more interesting though.
