This is adorable. I've never actually considered what day Blaine's birthday is (we know Kurt's a May baby thanks to his Lima Bean application, but they've never hinted at Blaine's), so I love reading about someone else's interpretation. And this is perfect. I love how Kurt's already frantic about what he's supposed to give Blaine as both a platonic thank you and a not-so-platonic invitation, and then he finds out that it's also Blaine's birthday. The pressure is definitely on, but at least he has his wonderful little gang of Warblers to assist him. Knowing how oblivious Blaine can be sometimes, I wouldn't be surprised if he would completely miss the fact that Kurt's preparing for more than just the upcoming holiday.

I hadn't even realized this wasn't complete, but I still love it as it stands. Blaine is sweet and adorable and oblivious, helping Kurt out with an assignment even though he doesn't have any sort of obligation to, and Kurt's nervousness and excitement are fun to read. It makes me wonder how he would plan out Blaine's birthday party, especially now that they are boyfriends (now referring to the present; this obviously takes place before they've gotten together).

Loved it. Would totally read more stories about Blaine's and/or Kurt's birthdays from you.
