The last two sentences say it almost all for me. I understand that now we must use terms like gay and straight that also seem to aid in dividing us where I wish someday we only use words to show our individuality, not our differences. Will not happen in my time, I'm sure, but I hope not too long thereafter. I am a fan of yours, your use of words to fit the characters and situations is so intuitive it seems.

I think I like Akko's mom. I would like to see what difficult times she worries about for the girls...was that part of what you were gong to include in the original chapters. I always thought of her as a sort of support for the young couple. Did you as well?

I don't recall how times that I'm rereading this story, maybe 6 or 7 or more. I wish you were able to finish it though. Your writing of this story is just so well done and these two, Mari and Akko, are two of my most favorite characters and make such a cute couple. I wish I could meet Morinaga-san sometime and tell her how I've enjoyed her works over the years. Well, maybe someday I can stroke your ego enough to finish Women In Love or become rich enough to commission its completion! I am just so curious to see how you would have completed it, how far forward you would take their life and what would be the ending to their story.

Still, this new chapter here, hm, it was nice, yes. Simply put: The title of this chapter says it all, and it is quite fitting, given that the spotlight here is all on Mari, and we all know: Mari is *so* totally the contemplative type. XD

It's just one of the many reasons we all adore her and why she and Akko are SO perfect together. *O*

Also, Papa Kumakura...damn it. He's still very much the proverbial "X Factor" of the main arc of this story, for sure.

Still, that final interaction via text messages between Akko and Mari was very nice, a lovely reminder that these two lovebirds are still the stars, together. X3

Glad to see you've picked this up again. It sat at 17 chapters for so long I'd stopped checking back as frequently and today I finally check and find three new chapters I hadn't read. Yay!
