This one shot captured the closeness these two share as teammates and perhaps a little more. I like the way the story unfolded along with Shikamaru's worry and tenderness when dealing with the task at hand. Thanks for sharing.

I have to admit, I usually prefer Shikamaru and Temari as a couple as opposed to Shikamaru and Ino, but you made me second guess that. This one-shot was great and extremely cute. You made the pairing work for me. Good job!

I had to review this one because ShikaIno is one of my favorite parings from Naruto. (:

Overall, this is most likely the best oneshot/drabble I've read about any paring on this site.

The only thing that I could think of that should be pointed out was that I wasn't really sure what had happened to Ino. Yeah, she had a wound on her thigh, but I think for me, it might've flowed a little better if you described a little of what happened to her or how they got into the forest in the first place.

Anyways, like I said before, I loved this oneshot. (:
