One of the most interesting fate fics around, even though its old

The moment that I read about becoming Counter Guardian, I gived up on this story. Simply like that.

RIP this fic, I guess. Though I should note the english pronounciation is "od", not "odo".

To be honest I was never really a fan of the Macross series... nothing about it really caught my attention after I outgrew my mecha phase with the end of Gundam Wing all those years ago...

But this story is really something. Sure its six years old, and sure it will probably never be updated... but honestly I'm just reading all of this top-quality Fate material for fun and maybe pointers on story telling, exposition, pacing, etc. I want to write my own, but with so many ideas bouncing around its hard for me to pin something down.

This is incredibly boring. Did it ever occur to you that fancy space acrobatics aren't remotely as interesting to read about as they are to watch? Because the result was an entire chapter in which nothing happened that I gave a crap about.

Damn, what a great story. I don't know anything about macross and I'm invested. Doubtful it'll be continued at all though, but I'm definite following for the hopes of spontaneous necromancy.

Fuck... FuckFuckFuckFuckFuck! ...I think i'm in love. Not even a quarter of the way through this first chapter and i was already hooked! This sum'bitch reads like a military-scifi the likes of John Ringo or David Weber. With the added benefit of staring one of my all time favorite anime protagonist! AND I HAVE 13 MORE CHAPTERS TO LOOK FORWARD TO! ...damn. I just hope this isn't a dead fic. Either way, thank you very much for sharing. Seriously.

I honest,y expect pixie squadron to somehow trick, blackmail or otherwise through alternative methods, get shirou to use the macronisation chamber to grow to zentradi size, I can see it happening easily. Who knows maybe then can get him to pioneer a quedlunn rhea for a time.

Awesome story, when's the next chapter going up, I hope to see more soon. I like how close pixie are with shirou, honestly I expect he'll end up with ramaria or nene at some point.

Your writing got a lot better throughout the story. If you ever start this up again, I hope you also go through the first two to three chapters and edit them as well.
