I liked this story, but as time went on I noticed this focused WAY more on Yuzu than Karin; even from the beginning. And Karin seemed kinda lackluster here compared to Yuzu. It actually kind of irritated me. A good story, but in my opinion, the focus I was interested in was lost.

I'm reading through this series (phase of the moon) for the millionth time as I just noticed how there are 2 more parts to it! I cant believe how much I remembered. This is my favorite fic 3

That superstition is prevalent enough that every building in Japan that uses a numbering system for the rooms and/or floors skips over any number in the sequence that has a four. It's deathly bad luck to be standing on a floor 4, for instance. Same with standing in a room four or forty.

This is my first Bleach fic and I have to say You did it a great introduction! I like your characterizations and the interactions! Thank you so much for sharing!

Called it~ i had the feeling that Karin would do best in the 11th squad! As she is alreadly quite impulsive and violent , a perfect 11th squad material . With Yuzu , i don't really know which squad would suit her , the 4th came first in mind , but it just doesn't really feels right . Then , when you write that she joins the 6th , i just click!

Oh my frickin goodness. On certain nights the moon will look like there's a face on it but for most of my life I've been seeing what looks like a rabbit on the moon. Apparently I'm not the only one who sees that.

And why does it seem like Yuzu is shaping up to almost fit being a wife to a shimigomi who was born in one of the noble familys?

I guess that would have never been a surprise. There was two empty Captain seats open and there was a powerful half soul reaper that the head Captain was trying to get into the fold to fill one of those seats. And now he doesn't have a strong enough reason to stay in the land of the living. I wonder what their father is going to do now that no one he cares that much about is outside of the soul society...

I wonder how long it will take for their male family members to notice Karin's friendship. Her dad's former vice Captain.
