Actually, this fic was the reason started shipping Blackinnon. I was so disappointed when I learned that it was incomplete. You coming back to this story is nothing short of a miracle. And to think that I would have never learned that you updated if I hadn't been browsing the blackinnon tag by happenstance today! I started reading this fanfic AGES AGO. like, when you first uploaded it, i guess. and i love it. and i'm severely depressed so really few things make me happy. now i'm good. but i read this and reread it when i was in very dark situations. I'm sounding dramatic, aren't I. lol, and pretentious. I just want to say: you write beautifully. your characters aren't archetypes and cliches but well round and rich. and i just love the way you write and tell the story. it's lovely. it really helps me to pick myself up in bad situations, and it so funny to me, because over the years i've come back to this fanfic over and over again. and it never fails to cheer me up. so thank you. really. it is amazing. i hope you still write. with love J |
