Oh! This is good! It shares the title with so many stories that aren’t so great... maybe it explains why I haven’t read it yet! Onto chapter 3!

Looking at the reviews I cannot help but note that no one seems to have noticed the irony that by delving into a more morally dubious path of placing Harry with someone who will shape him into a weapon against Voldemort, Albus gave Harry a life he seemed to enjoy a lot more, or at least found more satisfying, than the (from the most charitable interpretation, and certainly the interpretation this Albus would've held if he'd gone that route) well meaning but misguided option of giving him to his 'family'.

LOVED this chapter! And this story! Brilliant end to wrap it up :) Tbh I was a little disappointed that it wasn't so much a study of magic and Harry analysing it in canon from Sherlock's mind (or at least not as much as I thought from the title) but this story's great! It all wraps up beautifully, all the plot holes answered, the description was really good and fun to read, I loved reading it and think it's awesome! Would love to see a sequel :P

Wow...nice. Hmm..I never saw legimens that way, and it's not a part of canon, but it's nice the twist you gave it here. And the explanation about the mental wards was super interesting and made a lot of sense. I loved the last few chapters and how it all wrapped up!

Nice! So it seems Quirrell's natural personality not aided by Voldemort seems to be on Harry's side. Makes sense since he was probably unanturally posessed by Voldemort in the books. I mean, it mentioned he was after knowledge, Voldie probs capitalised on that and after he got into Quirrell's head Quirrell would've been too scared to even think about removing him for fear of death. Anyways, can't wait to read on! :)

Interesting chapter. It was so intense aaah! I loved everything about it, the interactions, their ideas etc, the mood! Can't wait for more :)

Interesting...is Voldemort possessing Sherlock's body to do that? It would make sense since he's not attached to Quirrell but still needs a body. Yikes, Harry is in for a shock when he sees Sherlock physically but not there mentally. I hope he keeps his wits about him and recognises it's not Sherlock lol! Poor Sherlock...having to go through that...I also realise throughout this story Quirrell has subtly been giving them a lot of hints regarding getting past the obstacles to the stone in the original book, it appears like he's on their side...

Oooh nice. So that's why Dumbledore bought Harry to Sherlock! I like the twist with Dumbledore killing Voldemort instead. It's a first I've seen and interesting too :D (most dark!dumbledore I've read focussed on events after Harry started Hogwarts) Harry didn't mention his scar hurting in this story, does that mean he doesn't have the horcrux (since Voldemort was killed before he shot the killing curse at Harry, so there was no rebounding) or his mother's protection? Interesting start...Quirrel is interesting too, can't wait to see where it's ging!

Oooh so Voldemort has him physically in his apartment but put in a magical coma? If Watson finds him he'll probs try to do stuff, eventually realise it's pointless and Sherlock would be in a hospital as if in a real coma, only with an unspecified medical cause. This is interesting, so Voldemort is basically trying to kill Sherlock, Harry's only familiar parent at this point. I hope Sherlock keeps himself sane throughout all of this, I mean, if he has faith he taught Harry well and faith he'd one day get out, he'd keep himself sane enough for it.

I'm guessing Neville wasn't really praised in his life or spoken kindly to by other people, but Harry talking to Neville normally and explaining the thing about detectives made him want to be in Ravenclaw cause he thought it was smart. It makes sense that Neville would shy towards that given it's probably the first time someone was nice to him, and Harry really doesn't judge or discriminate against people here with Sherlock's stuff about facts drawn into him. Nice chapter, can't wait for the others! Love to see how Sherlock!Harry tackles the events of the first book!
