i find all banishment troupe a idiotic fanfic why. because the only realistic instant that naruto will be gone from konoha is 1. the villagers killed him (not impossible but hard considering he was guarded by anbu as a child) and
2. he leaves the village by sneaking out (hard but possible well its probably easy for naruto considering he managed to paint the hokage faces when he was still a academy student without any true shinobi training without being discovered until he was done)

as for banishment who are you kidding jinchuriki are considered secret weapons of every village heck even an untrained one can be turned to a suicide bomb as proven by Rin which was of course thwarted by rin impaling herself to kakashi jutsu so there is no chance in hell that the hokage will banish naruto not even with the civilian council pushing for it heck he would sooner give naruto to danzo than banish him and thats saying something
