Good read.

While i know nothing of the former, and cant really say for sure, but the MOM is implied to corrupt as all hell and practically encourages bigotry on a national scale (and im not talking about just the muggleborns)

This story was amazing, fantastic, awesome. there was such a good build up to it, I was looking forward to the reaction of naruto when he realized he had a harem so it's a shame when story stops there.

I hate to say this but dude/dudet your story is kinda flaming pile of garbo
story is all over the place and is trying to to much to quickly making it hard to read and even harder to understand
is even more dumb than in cannon if I wanted a canon naruto I would watch the anime on tope of his powers are just boring as well
3. The story is not paced out at all like I said in reason 1 it's all over the place but the pacing just adds to the whole problem

The only thing(s) I liked about the story was anko being a vampire witch to my knowledge hasn't been done very much and her having a vampire harem of some of the best girls in the series

Honestly, let me be Frank this story was kinda garbo I will give you some reasons why
story was all over the place./hard to understand
boring and bland
was even more(and I can't believe it) dumb than in canon

There are more things I could pick out but honestly i am just gonna find a better story(got to chapter 22 then skipped to the end because I couldn't stomach/force myself to read any more)

Only good part was the premise IE. Anko being a vampire trying to get with her destined mate/forming a vampire harem

sorry but it is really hard to get into this story it is all over the place and hard to understand most of it I get that you want Naruto to be a vampire but do you have to make it so random and all over the place with like 20 different things going off at once.

Yet again another annoying fanfiction where naruto has the most boring element which is wind. I know minato is wind but naruto having wind is far over used. Also naruto is from the uzumaki clan which has shinobi that predominately use water similarly to how uchiha has water so next time you do a naruto fic can you please give naruto another element it will open up to so many more possibilitys

The daimyo probably wouldn’t have cared if they killed the civi council, he was a essentially a king. He is entrusting the hokage with management of the village, the civi council is a system put in place by a hokage. Most villages didn’t have a civi council, and if they had a good reason they could easily convince the daimyo to pass it off. Cause we all know the civi council commits crimes.

Okay this is we're tap out you gave him the flying Thunder God jutsu which can be explained away with seal jargon the dog contract which makes zero sense even in the story you've written and the white chakra saber which is broken, then no training rasengan... That's kinda makes the whole "get tsunade" thing moot because it was a way to bump narutos power if you had spaced out the abilitys given it would have fit better maybe keep the idea that the dogs had the saber (presume the repaired it) but wouldn't the inuzaku gain the dog contract considering that in the big meeting they said kiba was hurt to?

Way to be subtle about hating people who think differently than you. Perhaps you shouldn't make politics jump into a story were it has no place?
