Now that was one of the greatest rows between Harry and Hermione, mostly because we rarely get to see it! But that really was great, the only bad thing was thats the last chapter and it looks like you aren't going to finish it!.. Hope all is well.

No, but I do really like the story

I was really getting into this fic... and then you went and transplanted Ron's personality into Harry at the end of the last chapter. I get that Harry doesn't handle change well and I get that he probably sees the breakup of Hermione and Ron as the end of the Golden Trio and is panicking at the potential loss of his two best friends.

That being said, he chose the absolute worst, most Ron-like way to express that panic. He didn't need to insult Hermione in the same way that wrong already has and I honestly don't see how he can come back from that with her and somehow end up in a functional, happy romantic relationship with her now. Ron and Ginny's reactions to why Harry and Hermione wouldn't want to stay at The Burrow under these circumstances made sense for their characters, but the way Harry acted towards her at the end does not. He knew exactly how to hurt her and he did it without thinking, just like Ron does.

Anyway, seeing as it's been more than 7 years since the last update for this fic, I can only assume that it's been abandoned, which is too bad. As much as I think that Harry just dug himself a hole that he can't realistically drag himself out of without doing some serious grovelling, apologizing and explaining of why he just hurt Hermione in a way that he knew would cut her deeply, I'm still interested in how he goes about it and what it'll take for him to understand that Hermione and Ron's relationship isn't a healthy one and would only eventually tear apart the trio's friendships the longer it was forced to continue in its current state. I hope a conclusion is eventually written if for no other reason than to see Harry try to remove both feet from his mouth.

oh my god. how could you leave it here? this story is so good. fallkfadjfkldjglfkj anyway, thanks for writing this. I know life sometimes has a way of mucking up the creative stuff you really want to do. So even if you never update, i'm glad I got to read this. Thank you.

I agree with you on how Harry would react on the break-up. It is the most probable of all scenarios.
And I don't think that your chapter too long. In my opinion, no chapter can be too long as long as it is well-written; yours is very well-written. Add to the fact that everything that has happened is probable. The angst deserves its place, no worries. Waiting for what happens next!

Iv've found this story very compelling. And, after all, we are not Spock and do not have Kolinahr to remove all emotion so as to respond like living computers with perfect programming.
