I think Damon doesn't hate Stefan. Its just that Stefan is such a poor soul. He has pure heart and feels responsible for almost every friggin thing. Stefan was just a child(17) when he was turned. He can't make decisions for everyone but just likes to put it on himself. I don't know what I just wrote.
