| why won't someone delete this chapter 1 . 6/6/2011 Can I just say that even though I adore all the stories about Philip/Syrena after the kiss, yours is very simplistic and beautiful. While it's fun to think that Philip and Syrena go through an epic journey for some reason, it's more likely that she saved him and then they got married and are living somewhere happily together. I love that you explored this possibility and I love how you characterize Syrena in her new life and Philip's sermon at the end reminds the reader of how their new life together came to be: because of forgiveness. |
| Actaeus chapter 1 . 6/6/2011 I approve heartily of this story. It's excellently written; captures them very well, and leaves us wondering a lot of questions: How did she save him? (He had a pretty serious through and through wound from a sword) How did they get from Whitecap to Massika? How did he snag the minister's job? How long can she keep the secret? All in all, a very good yarn that keeps us wanting MORE once the curtain falls. |
