Cute story, cute idea; however, subsequently to writing character dialogue, you wrote another character's actions in the same paragraph. This left me in confusion, and perhaps fellow readers as well. When writing, make sure character actions from the persona that spoke directly succeed their dialogue in the same paragraph, rather than another character's actions in the same paragraph. Hopefully that made some degree of sense...

Oh this fic was absolutely wonderful! I cried and laughed and squealed. I felt hope, fragile and precious flicker in my heart before feeling despair crash like trembling waves against the shore. The best part is I could see all of this really happening. England and America getting into another one of their petty disagreements, America making a stupid wish. Canada being shocked at their open displays of affection... God it was so accurate. And you used all of my favorite pairings! Well... Usually if Canada is with Prussia (which I really like) I also like it when Canada also likes France (so like a love triangle) because I don't want either of those two to be alone! So then if Canada is with France then Prussia can be with Austria. But that's like way beside the point. The point is you did a mighty fine job. That sounded a little southern... I'm sorry it's like four in the morning and I'm a little tired XD! It's funny to me when I start talking about USUK to people and say like "oh yeah I read a crapload of USUK fanfictions" and they're all like "what are your top ten fics?" and I'm just like "uhhh... Honestly I have about forty of them and I can't decide which are better than the others so deal with it". JIC you were wondering how that relates to your story at all it's because this has been added to my top forty list. Also I think it's cool that I still really liked this considering the lack of smut. Like usually fics that are like this (slow build, humor, angst, fluff, and smut) are my favorites but this lacked smut and yet was still a favorite so congrations! I'm sorry I'm really tired. I do want to say though i can relate to Sarah a bit. I'm actually not that superficial of a person but I act like it because I've just had my heart broken too many times. So it's like I just put on a mask and dress cute and talk about my nails because no one in real life wants to hear about your problems ya know? And then with my love life I've never really seen anything emotionally invested or committed for me... I hope one day I'll find it but it's just never seemed likely for me. Okay so done with ranting about my problems on the internet, your writing is lovely! Now, I'm going to go see if you've written anything else on and read it if it's finished. Ciao!
