Kinda blasphemy considering that the Song of Songs is written by Solomon and was intended to symbolize the relationship between God and the Church, and the Church coming to God, but I guess it really does fit in this situation. Nice job

Fun Story: when my friends and I were in 8th grade, our religion teacher (I went to catholic grade school) was this old lady who came out of retirement because the original teacher quit, and she honestly let us do whatever we wanted in class as long as we were being good and doing something sort of religious related. Well on top of each table was a pile of bibles and so everyday, my friends and I ignored our teacher and held a “Bible Study.” If the teacher asked we would say we were picking favorite quotes from the Bible, but in actuality we were just gossiping like at other 8th girl would. Anyway, after a few weeks, the teacher came around, really proud of us for spending so much time on religion work, and asked us if we had picked a favorite quote or two to live by. One of my friends frantically opened the Bible, jabbed a finger at a random line and said that it looked interesting but she didn’t understand it. The teacher took the Bible, stared at the line, and said, “Wow honey, Idon’t think I ever noticed this before. I’m not quite sure.” She then read the line to the class, and asked if anyone had any idea what it meant. It was the line from Song of Songs where the lovers breasts are compared to young gazelle. When nobody was able to respond, the teacher handed the Bible back to us, and literally told us to see if we could find anything else in the Bible that might explain the line. I don’t think she realized what she had started, because after that our Bible Study group actually went through the entire bile from front to back over the course of a semester writing down everything we thought was kind of funny or inappropriate. We gave her the list at the end of the year. She never responded.

I haven't read the whole bible but this is beyond endearing. Of course it's poetic and heartfelt and downright sends shivers to your spine. The title confused me greatly. I was under the impression Dean had to attend an actually bible study but then the phone sex. Oh, that cleared it up greatly.

Well then... I'll file that under things i didn't understand when I read the bible as a little kid.

I loved this so much. Slightly daring with the blasphemy but maybe that's why I liked it so much.

Not very blasphemous, there are more x-rated scenes in the bible than most m rated fanfics could ever pull off.

And suddenly phone sex is sexy to me for the first time ever... well done.

Ok. I have never seen the Bible turned into porn but you might just be my hero for doing just that. I know that everything can be turned into porn. Yet no one goes anywhere near the Bible or really any other religious works which is ridiculous because at the height of the Catholic Church is when there was the most corruption in the clergy existed. So it stands to reason that there would be sex involved.

If Bible study was more like this I think more people would join. ;D

This is the first Destiel story I've ever read. I just started watching SPN in October. I teared up a little bit at the end, because this story was so true, like it really could happen, and I miss Cas so much.
