Sasuke should have gone with naruto and sakura should have died

I don't think that how naruto acts is unrealistic it makes sense when you think about why he is not like gaara because naruto still had people who treated him well the hokage , kakashi ,iruka and ramen guy while gaara lost that one person and was forced to kill him

Well, when I was searching for “cold Naruto ficsmore specifically ones that involved Naruhina), I was very intrigued to read this story. The concept of Naruto being cold and distant amused me and I wanted to see where people could take it. At first I thought I would already know the reason for his embitterment, the village treated him too harshly and he just snapped and said enough (not like it wouldn’t be justified). While it may been a tad predicable, I had no reason else to think what could cause it, as it was not on my mind. This, however, it made actually care about how Naruto truly jaded and angry at the world around him. I thought it was just going to be one of those fics where came to (justifiably) hate or at least hold high distain for the village and that would be all she wrote. But here, it showcases how Naruto still kept his upbeat attitude, but only till he gained people that truly accepted and cherished him from the get-go without the hassle of getting through Sakura’s fangirlism or Sasuke’s pompousness to finally get what he yearned since he could comprehend his standing in the village. Losing that, tragically in the same or similar way Kakashi lot his or how Obito lost everything was very refreshing and instantly made want to read much more. And the OCs made for this fic, (Koji and Sakuya) blended seamlessly into the story line and it actually made me sad leading up to their backstories only to know they there solely to get killed kick off why Naruto was so grim and solemn. As I read, it was nice seeing how the world changed around Naruto and how questioned or called out some things that was neither brought up in canon, switched, or wasn’t given enough attention or was a one-off. That isn’t going to mention the things that deviate from canon like: Naruto not getting ANY summons (let alone toads), Sasuke not going rogue or getting the curse mark, or Naruto estranged or stained relationships with Sarutobi and Jiraiya (and a nonexistent one at that with Tsunade). It baffled me in yet enticed me to keep reading, as this isn’t work fic I read where Naruto leaves or where he has strained or broken relationships with the people mentioned earlier. It’s just in the way HOW he treats them or interacts or would interact would them that got me. And when Naruto decided to leave, I will fully admit you got me 100% with that. Not that I held any bitterness towards your choice of the story or anything it just jarred and evoked a lot of emotions in me and made almost not want to continue to spare the angst and possible rambunctious and drama from it. At least, in my opinion that’s what you want a good fan-fiction to do to you. Evoke emotions or a reaction out of you for the story or any aspects surrounding it and you got several out of me, that being the biggest one. And as for the Naruhina, I was wondering how that was going to play out. They were (ARE) strangers here because of Naruto’s early graduation. So I was hooked to me what would be their first encounter and it would build from that. From my stand-point it was built soundly and realistically, as they didn’t even have a string of friendship or camaraderie to fall on. And it’s still getting good despite what has happened and I thank you for that. As even I had doubts of how relationship would blossom given Naruto’s actions in last few chapters of reading this. Thank you writing this and thanks for making it as intriguing and enrapturing as could and when and if this gets updated I would very much enjoy to read the Shippiden arcs (nonetheless the drama and angst it would cause me still). *plus ultra thumbs up* Excellent fic mate! Ok what? How the fuck did Sakura and her team catch up to them so quickly? Naruto, Sasuke, and Tayuya left like ten hours before.

Okay I will admit, chapter 28 I was about to stop but then I kept going. I honestly don't regret it. To be honest the fact Hinata is willing to go with Jiraiya to help find Naruto is a nice touch. Also, I like how he had them all fooled until the tracking team got back and they realized that Orichimaru isn't going to get the Kyuubi's container.

I almost dropped this story at 28 but I finished. I definitely made a mistake by continuing. There's a reason why so many dropped at this point. You made this so sudden that it just turns you off from the story. It's a good thing that this story is abandoned.

Every so often I'll come back to this story hoping somehow it would get updated. It's been so long, so that will probably never happen, but damn was this a good story. Possibly the best and most entertaining Fic I have read on this website. Truly a shame what happened, but it's hard to keep that motivation going for so long.

Update this great story. Though if you don't, it is a pretty good stopping point for me.

Honestly, what the fuck is the Sandaime thinking? Sending Naruto, a chibi Yondaime Hokage to Iwagakure? Why isn't Kakashi or anyone else saying anything about this?
