This is so beautiful...
I just want to say I love, love, love reading your fanfics, and I of course love Harry Potter even more, it is just as special to me as it is to you and millions of other people, and that no matter what happens in my future, I know I'll be ok because Harry and Ginny and Hermione, Ron, Remus, Tonks, and all the other wonderful characters will stand by me, and your stories will be in my heart.
I always get a sad sort of ache in my chest after I finish reading one of your pieces just like i did with the original series because I don't want to stop reading about this amazing world that has taught me so much... and that is a sign of a brilliant author.

A wonderful summary!

This just made me cry. I did Not get the little girl thing first but then I realised that it could be me too - just take another birthday and everything fits. as long as we don't forget our love for Harry Potter, everything will be okay. As long as we have the magic in us, Harry Potter will live. I'm always told that I am overdramatic with stories and especially with HP, but then I come here, read your awesome fics(btw I'm sorry that I don't leave a review for every single peace, it would be totally worth it, but my autocorrect is used to German and drives me crazy when I try to write something in English) get cheered up from whatever problem I have and just know that I am not overdramatic: there are people who understand this love for characters who became friends, for a story accompanying us through our whole childhood and after, and for a whole world. thank you for making me smile (and cry) so often! love to you, every single HP-Fan and JKR herself!

Very moving tribute Lucy. Unlike you, I read Harry Potter as a grown up. First just for me and years later I spent months reading them all to my kids before bedtime. They love the books and movies just as much as I do and it's a great love to share. Best of all, I get to relive the joy through their eyes. They send letters to JK, receive owl post from her, my son proudly opened the doors to the Great Hall at the studio tour on his birthday, we dress up and duel... it's fab. The end is definitely not the end as the story is passed on from generation to generation. Writers like you help us to play in JK's eorld a little bit longer, a little bit more. Thank you x
