This was a wonderful story, I think this was a great idea. In fact, I think this would have been a great addition to that chapter in the book. You described Lily and James' personalities so well, it was really beautiful to read. I particularly liked how Harry had more of a decision here whether or not to go back, I felt like he made it too quickly in the book.

Just one thing: you said "Remus, Tonks, Sirius...George died"- I think Fred died, not George.
