Not much to go on. Another step closer to the big event. Not bad but it's a waiting game. Not sure you mentioned it before but it's been a while and I was surprised it appears you separated this Robin from being Dick, so my assumption now is that he is Tim. Just thought I'd put that out there since you mentioned Nightwing in this who is normally Dick Grayson.

Not a bad chapter. The ending felt a bit cartoony with how they argued over lighting and the meeting being correct. Didn't think there'd be a third party. Wait and see for now. Until next time.

This is starting to feel like a soap opera with the way it seems to go into every single thing each character goes through. There is no meaningful timeskip and it goes into their everyday life as if its natural passing time. It's odd. Not bad just odd. It's been a long time and I can no longer see the orginal plot relevant to what's happening. Each seems to be living a good life with the downside of not being able to share with everyone due to different beliefs. You're even making Slade still appear to be good while the citizens are normal as well. Neither side is shown to be correct in believing that the other side is wrong. Its just a long drawn out story to see who makes a mistake and when the next fight will be. Relationship issues and recovery. I'm not sure if this was your intention or if you are currently hitting a wall. Like I said, it's not bad. Just odd. There is no end in site and no true conflict to overcome as things are right now. Just taking things one day at a time. Wait amd see for now. I don't know.

Yo just wondering is beastboy gonna have a harem

I've been binge-reading the trilogy, recommended from tvtropes. It's good, and I like what you did with Starfire particularly, but I'm so sad at the nerf you hit Raven with. She's pretty helpless here, she can't cast three spells without being out of breath or something :
See, during the tower attack she could have helped batgirl by throwing one or two times something at Robin, and she spends ten hours a day meditating for no shown progress in her control.
I'd say your fight scenes need work, but you already said that in your author's notes. In a sense, there is not enough overlap. There's not enough of this sense of barely controlled chaos: Chapter 37 was great for that. With starbolts and rocks from two different battles taken into account. But the special bystander view can't be used every time.
There is also a lot of Beast Boy shilling and I'm not 100% comfortable with that but it's nothing major.
The background for Starfire is very nice, and tying Slade as Big Bad with Luthor as the Man Behind the Man was also really good. Having it delivered by Batman really gave a sense of a larger war of which this is an elaborate but still low intensity battle. It strongly links TT, BTAS, STAS and Justice League. Genius move.
The progressive loss of personnel from the TT to Slade actually made Robin act desperate, and I guess the next few chapters will show whether the turnaround will stick and this is the beginning of the end, or if Slade manages to get the upper hand again and the Titans get outside help, making it the end of the beginning with an open question regarding the consequences of Luthor's victory. I don't know which one would be the most satisfying.

So not much action this time, but their can’t be every chapter. I suppose they do need some way for Terra to carry her but if she needs to carry around dirt, she should just carry a big jar. Then she can taunt Team Slade on how she has a jar of dirt Jack Sparrow style. Although, should Terra say the stuff in that book, she might lose all sympathy from Raven. I just know BB’s day out is going to backfire. Somehow, someway, it will backfire. How badly though remains to be seen.

Robin doing a Tower of Babel. I don't see how this doesn't immediately backfire with the remaining Titans realizing he has the same file of their psychological weaknesses, and what he's dreamed up to say to them.

Good chapter. Nice balance of of what everyone is thinking. This seems to be far from over. Still waiting for the ultimate revelation to see how everyone takes it and how things will go with the aftermath.

Interesting way for this chapter to go. Another failed attempt by Slade and the others. At this point I'm not sure how much longer this can go on for. Neither side seems to give up and they strongly believe they're in the right. A battle of attrition can last forever at times or just a really long time.
