You said McGonagall lost a knut when it took longer than three seconds to sort James Sirius Potter in the first chapter, but in this one she collects some coins.

Just a small thing, though I was looking forward to what sort of struggle you'd make James have.

I like that you have them all end up in Gryffindor because it seems like most people would put them into different houses (and have several of them end up in Slytherin just for the sake of it. Sometimes going for the shock factor just ends up being the cliche and ironically obvious thing to do). I like that you put them all in Gryffindor and also had believable reasons for how they all ended up there.

I also like that you have Scorpius in Slytherin even though you go with the ... somewhat cliche thing of him being friends with the Potters and Weasleys. But I like that you didn't put him in Gryffindor or anything because that would have been another of those way too obvious "shockers".

I love how you characterized all the characters, and how they are hyper aware of their faults, and zoo insecure.
i love the fact that they all went into gryffindor, but personally, I disagree with that. I think that some of the kids would have gone into different houses. :)
