Listen,,, I am well aware that I already left a review on this story and that you probably won’t ever see this, but I went back and read this fic again and came to the conclusion that this is probably the best Glee fanfiction I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I’ve already read it twice today, and you just got everything so perfect. I love how you wrote Mike here more than I love life itself and your writing style is so pretty! In conclusion: im love

This makes me so ridiculously happy in so many ways. You took Mike, a character who’s barely got any lines and only has one significant storyline in the whole show, and made him exactly what I thought the show should have made him! You got the inside of Kurt’s head so perfectly, too. Mike going to the hospital with Kurt made me smile, and I loved the way you wrote Mrs. Chang, who I adored in the show, but somehow, you made me love her even more? Great job!

My God yes you tormented our Kurt baby. Wow. I love Mike in this and the prompt in the first place and the angst/drama and just the whole thing. Wonderful fic. And oh the Mellencamp. Lmao. Wow. I mean it's so dark, but it's perfect and kinda funny in a twisted way and also heartbreaking.

Excellent! For one, this is well written and engaging. For another, this is exactly how I saw Kurt going on during his dad's illness, even to the business part (though I had figured that Burt might have had either Kurt on a backup signatory or one of the mechanics as an asst mgr). And even to the Glee club members' assumption that he was staying w someone else (though Finn should have known, since Carole & Burt were dating...unless that's not the case here?).

Anyway, excellent job. Always liked Mike and this would be so much like the little we saw of him. Too bad none of the girls ASKED...or even went to the hospital with him. And, as I said, where were Finn & his mom?
