Horrible, terrible, heartbreaking and completely believable. Your back story make these minor book characters alive and real. It all makes complete sense - beautifully written horror.

This was wonderful, makes it seem brighter some how, more of the love they feel inside and less of the hate and heart break that shows.

Like the one before, I LOVE how we see things through Mrs. Everdeen's eyes.

I especially liked the things with Haymitch especially after the war.

Haymitch's real home is lovely! Much better than the frosting.

I love that it all made sense to her, while hold ing her grandchild. I wonder if she ever see Katniss and Peeta, as what her and Mr. Mellark should have been?

I LLOVED THiS! I lOVe seeing everything through Mr. Mellark's eyes. How he cares for Peeta and Prim. I like how he and Luneeta got on better turns.

I LOVe how Prim and Peeta knew that they were siblings.

I LOVe how he came back for Mrs. Mellark and her boys when he could have stay with Mrs. Everdeen and Prim in the meadow.

Well damn. You do a great job of playing with the darker themes here, and all of the emotion that comes with it.

The relationships between all the characters were perfect, really. They were different from each other, and didn't seem forced at all.

The whole idea is executed beautifully, and definitely in a unique way.

Your writing style is really something different, and I love it. -heart- It's eloquent and complex and makes your story stand out.

This is really good. In fact, I'd been rereading the books, and the further into them I'd gotten, the more I believed that Prim could have been the result of an affair between the two. It could easily be canon, but we only know what Katniss knows, and what Suzanne Collins tells us.

This story truly deserves so many more reviews than it has.

It's so beautifully written, I have always loved exploring Mr Mellark's and Mrs Everdeen's backstories.

I like the way you didn't underestimate your readers' intelligence and let them fill in the holes themselves in your story. There were certainly some dark themes played with here, but it's one of the best fics I've read. It's such an emotive piece. Kudos!
