Loved this! Hope you do another one like it

Beautiful story. It rang true and held me in it's grip the entire ride.

This chapter made me cry about three times! I'm very new to the C/7 ship but I have read a LOT of fics in the past few weeks ... I only just realised that all of my favourites have been yours, so thank you!

This was much better than the last few chapters though it still had a " paint by numbers" feel it.

What I mean by that Is unlike many of your other STV AUs were thier own thing all the way though or you've been able to turn the flaws of the original setting into straight, this story started out that way but as it progressed thier was very little in that regard.

While I felt for Chaptain Chakotays polite in the beginning and the middle of the story he soon fell into the same semi unlike able behaviour as admiral janeway did in the show, and like I said a few reviews ago, were a conversation between janeway and the Borg queen felt very natural I didn't feel Chakotay had the same quality with his conversation.

I fell while this was a good story I can't say it was great, other then the first few chapters thier was very little new with in it as it progressed and the ending chapters were very paint by numbers. So I give this a 5.5/10 a good start by lost steam towards the middle.

Nice ending, I always did like that line from Chakotay. :-)

I repeat everything I said in my beta reply honey. I loved this finale. Chakotay's last line to Seven "The only thing we can do for Captain Chakotay now is live life to the full, whatever happens." I thought this was so apt.

Both of them have been on a long an emotionally draining journey to reach this point. They are on the cusp of a new journey, one on Earth. I love the hopeful ending. I think it is so fitting. Their future is uncertain but their stronger together.

A beautifully written story throughout. I love the hopeful ending. Much better than End game in my opinion. It would have worked better with Chakotay coming back rather than Janeway. It makes more sense you know. :)

I repeat everything I said in my beta reply honey. This was an awesome penultimate chapter. It was filled with drama, tension and deep emotion to the end. I loved the way you changed things up from the original episode, including Chakotay's inner thoughts as he faced down his nemesis, the Borg Queen. You made her suitably chilling and I was cheering at Chakotay's last defiant statement to her..."Over my dead body...and yours!"

This story has been an amazing ride so far and I cannot wait until the last chapter! WELL DONE honey and thanks so much for posting!

not a bad chapter but a little copy and paste'ish their were a few new thoughts and ideas brought into this chapter but sadly not enough to make this chapter its own thing.
