Cute story, but really, they could have gotten together sooner, but I guess this is what you have to expect from a teen rated story.

I don't understand why, when Hermione wants to speak to Harry about Draco, she has to drag Ron along too. It's kind of, well, annoying. Harry is a big boy, in fact he's a man and doesn't need his friends, meaning Hermione, nosing about in his business of whatever it may be. And it sounds like Hermione doesn't completely trust Draco. People really need to learn not to live in the past, you can't let it control your life forever. Anyways, I like this story so far, so I am going to continue to read it.

To Dumbledore? isn't he supposed to be dead?

I want to tell you that I really like this story. That being said, why the hell are aurors rebuilding a house? Shouldn't they be off catching magical criminals? That was the only thing though, everything else I love, especially how it took Draco so long to figure it out.

Oh my god I love this story. I am so excited to see what Draco does with this new information. The fact that there are no grammar mistakes helps. I have only found two spelling mistakes or typos, a lot better then other stories I have read. Please post soon, you keep saying you have them written and it Is a bit teasing not to post :P

While I like the idea there are some inconsistencies that sort of grate.

For one why can't Draco and Narcissa fix their own manor? If Lucius was officially a spy than I suppose that none of their funds where confiscating by the Ministry. And I can't believe that they can't hire some help to fix it, or even better read up what spells are used and do it themselves... What has Draco been doing all this time?

Also... why Aurors? Why would they been drawn in to fix a manor?

I think you should have reconsidered a bit here. Dean and Ron could have been aurors and made sure that all nasty spells and such where neutralized, than e.g. Blaise and Luna could have done the repairwork/ interior design and perhaps Harry could have been a carpenter and stood for the lumber and perhaps beautifully carves couches and such... There are no building materials here... is everything magic?

You've sort of skipped over what the wizarding worlds police force are doing repairing a manor?

I would also like to see some real spells used... and I mean actually written incantations. I suggest a little Google Translate and than fudge the latin. It would make it much more interesting and real.

Also, while I get that Draco is 'nice' in this story, he's a bit of a pushover and not even slightly in character. While I don't demand that he should be cannon, I still think one should see that Draco Malfoy has a completely different vocabulary and syntax than Harry or Ron.

In your story, if you were to remove all their names, I would have difficulty (aside from Ron) realising which character spoke what...

Other than that, it's a bit more original than the usual HarryDraco fics out there, so I suggest your keep writing!

Isn't there some sort of wards around the manor? It seems these death eaters can just walk in and they certainly don't have high enough IQ to fool or bypass any wards.

I like the lightness of this story, when it comes to Harry and Draco. Especially that scene where Harry denied the painting assistant's invitation. I did wonder why Draco was so short with him, did Draco notice the assisstant flirt with Harry?

This seems to be the only thing I concentrate on now :) But if the Malfoys have elves, why haven't the elves done any of the cleaning? The cleaning thus far has been pretty straightforward, no special skills needed.

I hope there will be more of Narcissa, she can be such an interesting character. And Draco certainly seems mature. Though I thought it was unfair for him to apologize Ron of all the things they did in school, considering Ron was always ready to start a fight as well.

I still think it's funny that Draco has money enough to get the best paintor to redo the paintings, yet he hasn't spend that money to hire someone to clean out the manor. Cleaning is what Harry and co are mainly doing. Which is also funny cause it's so easy with magic so Draco should've gotten that done ages ago..

I was wondering about the relationship between Harry and Ron. Not that they're a pair but it just seems odd to see Ron in a commanding position, especially when his character doesn't seem changed. So him as a team leader... Unless Harry is way higher than him and just doing this to help the Malfoy's.

It was already odd that they signed aurors to do this kind of job.. I doubt the auror build houses. Couldn't Draco hire someone? Don't they still have the Malfoy money?

Did Harry somehow organise this whole thing?
