I love this so so so so so very much! The concept is so unique and I especially like the reference '" I could take you apart with one blow" "I could take you apart with less than that"' . This was always seen (Merlins line) as a reference to his magic, but the way you've used it , that just by his wisdom, his speeches, his sheer puppy-dog loyalty to Arthur he could take him down. It is just so unique and I find it just...so so amazing! Giant applause for you haha keep up with the writing and just know that this is the best one-shot fanfic I've read in a very, very long time, just because of that one twist of a quote and your unique take on it :) giant thanks as well and all the hope for the future - Rx
