Awe, that was sweet. I usually avoid Naomi stories like the plague but this one was really good. Not too sweet or mushy with just enough suspense.

You're making me tear up here! I'm not much of a Kathryn Janeway fan, but she did have her moments, I'll admit that. And I never could resist Naomi Wildman... sigh. Thanks for this. I'm glad I decided to give it a go.

What I like most about this is that it can be taken in both a fictional and literal sense. So many Voyager fans look up to Captain Janeway because of her perseverance, courage and decisiveness, but I think most importantly because of the inspiration she is to women and women in science. I know that she was always an inspiration to me growing up and that Voyager fostered my scientific curiosity.

I love atmosphere that you've captured in this; you've captured the sheer awe that most fans would have in the presence of Kate Mulgrew here with children and Kathryn Janeway. It's bittersweet because Voyager is over, but it reminds me as to why we all love this show so much :)

This was just precious! I love Naomi so much! I would have suggested you let Seven of Nine come and talk since they were friends and all, but...there might be some animosity towards her amongst the 2nd grade...Plus, Janeway is a rather eloquent speaker, and she was CAPTAIN of the USS VOYAGER! Seven years. So...yeah. that's it. I'm done.

And she is my hero too.
