Guessing that one is tough. I think they've both called each other "dude"...hmm...I'm going with Sam cooking though because Dean would've had a few years of John cooking to develop a dislike for Shake n' Bake...Dean's also more of the eater. Not sure...will have to ponder this some more.

I love the idea of them cooking for each other in their crappy motel rooms. Fried chicken has such an amazing smell! Good choice. Bet all the neighbors were jealous.

This is a tough one, though. I'm gonna guess that Sam's cooking. I can't see Dean refusing anything food-related, but in this case... well, I just see Sam doing the cooking.

Could be either:-) Though I guess Sam is the only one who'd turn his nose to food. Good one.

Ha, ha! Good description of the fried chicken and the narrator's reaction to it. I think Dean's frying the chicken, because I don't think Dean would allow himself to hate anything that John cooked, and I can so see Sam being a picky eater (or eating the food and complaining to Dean about it afterwards). I instantly heard that girl's tag to the commercial with the last line;-) "It's Shake and Bake, and I helped!"

hmmm... good one. I think Sam is cooking... but my reason isn't very good.. i think that because you said he smiled... and i can picture Dean grinning or smirking but i picture sam smiling.

I still remember that obnoxious kid from the Shake and Bake commercial. "And I helped!" In that atrocious faux southern accent! :)
