I really loved this. I absolutely LOVED how you showed us John's frustration, exhaustion and uncertainty.

I would've liked to meet her friend at least, maybe seen her come for dinner. Not sure when she got the chance to talk to her parents about John coming for dinner, but I loved it nonetheless.

This is just amazingly brilliant. Samantha is an inspiring character, with the way she just decided that it was completely unacceptable for John to not have someone there for him when he finally got back to a place that was supposed to be his home.
