Oh, my gosh. Those juicy, scary implications about City 29, the actually terrifying semi-sentient Breencast (seriously, I think I got goosebumps), a sudden attack-and it ends! D: As usual, you convey emotion so incredibly well with those scenes early on, talking about how everyone has lost someone. It makes you feel what they feel. All your original characters are great (I totally noticed that Firefly reference with Jayne's hat, haha)! Man, I really, REALLY hope you're able to finish this someday!

Holy cow. I've been impressed by it for several chapters, but this chapter just smacked me in the face with how GOOD your writing style is. I can see everything unfolding like a movie in my mind-the action, the quips, the emotion, the characterization, it's all top-notch. Seriously, I could SEE the water tower toppling, FEEL the urgency and panic. And I love the style of the start of this chapter. "Run", "Listen", "Duck", "Aim"... all of that was just great. And last chapter, I swear you could have written for Cave Johnson. His lines were so hilariously spot-on! I wish I could review for every chapter, but I had to tell you how amazing this fic is and how amazing of a writer you are. (Even paused mid-chapter 7 to say it, ha!) I'm dreading the last chapters since I see it's not a completed fic... I know it's a couple years old now, but I still really hope you finish it! In any case, thank you for sharing your fantastic writing. :D

It *has* been half a year since I read the first ten chapters and it *has* been twice as long since 'Dynamic Equilibrium' was posted, but I'm pretty sure I still kind of remember most of what happened before. Which means that you're leaving us with a really nasty cliffhanger.
