Oh...dang.

First off, really well written. It really gave off such a nightmarish and grutesque vibe as I read through it, and the different flashbacks in different places in the middle of a passage really added to the general vibe and feel of the story. Second, I usually have difficulty reading stories that follow the plot of the manga because it feels like I'm just rereading the manga over again for the tenth time but with your writing, it was the same thing but it felt...new...different, almost. So that was really well done.

Third, the plot was totally unexpected, especially with regards to the summary. Other stories are often about Rin getting captured maybe when he was a kid, when the demon in the beginning that the anime called Astaroth gets to him, or when Satan throws Rin into the Gehenna Gate. But your's was entirely unique in that approach and it worked really well.

Mephisto's characterization here is also pretty lit. Now, personally, I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around what the heck Mephisto is thinking or how he thinks, so I find it really impressive you could write in his perspective so many times throughout the story.

I also usually don't like reading from different and changing perspectives, but with your fic, I was intrigued and read evey one of them. Awesome stuff.

And finally, just, wow, your writing and conveying of different emotions are so well done, and this story is also...i don't know, I mean, really dark. And it unsettles me in a way that I have to keep reading to see if this strange situation will ever be resolved.

And while it's been like, i don't know, three years, it would be cool to see this continued, but of course, it's hard to start a story up again, so I won't hound you to do so.

Just wanted to say that your writing is on point, and reading this has been one heck of ride that made me, frankly, uneasy every sentence...which makes it all the more unique and well done!

Interesting chapter, with a good amount of development. I’m really excited to see the havoc Satan unleashes and Mephisto putting his plan into action. Also learning more about Yuri and the circumstances of the twins birth.

This chapter has me hype!

All of your flashbacks have been excellent, something that's generally a rare feat. As such, I often find myself apprehensive when a story shifts into one. I felt a bit of that familiar worry at the first one you added with Mephisto coming to the house to meet with Shiro. Thankfully, each has served to provide valuable information. The same has been true with this most recent backstory you’ve started to add; it appears to be quite unique and it's definitely got me speculating on where it’s heading.

I’m actually currently writing a short story about Yuri, Satan, and Shiro that takes place before the twins were born. So seeing how others approach the scenario is especially interesting for me.
