Poor Kagome, to end up in a haunted home, her childhood home. And to find out that your precious childhood friend is a ghost trying to kill you? That's going to cause a trauma, for sure!
Must have been quite the explanation Sesshoumaru gave Kagome. 'Hi, I'm actually a demon.' LOL

I’ve bookmarked this story for quite some time and only now got to it because it’s horror suspense. Well I can safely say that I should have got to it way back then. It was short, compact and impactful story With an original well crafted plot. You’re a gifted writer !

I read this a few weeks ago around 2 am in the morning, so I was scared and didn't manage to write any review, but here goes nothing. I didn't notice the genre was Romance/Suspense, but one read of the summary made me pick it out to read. It was nothing like I expected. I'm not much into horror genre, but if one likes to read horror, then 'Haunting' is how horror stories should be written. It makes me have a goosebumps, and I don't know how or why, but the way you told the story...I could literally felt someone is there whenever the ghost is mentioned in the story. AMAZING! Thank you very much for writing and sharing!

This is amazing! Love the horror elements and the connection to the well. It's sad that Kagome's brother died like this. But he played an important role. Sesshoumaru's character was well-written too.

Kanna was the spirit that killed her little brother! I'm so glad Kagome purified her! I'm sad for the little girl that she was before her death, thought. I wonder what she can do to help her little brother to move on?!

What a story! My skin was covered with goosebumps while reading the scary parts! And the way you incorporated Sesshomaru as a demon, very nice! And the hints, that he could hear her heartbeat, etc...very nice!

What did they unleashed from the well when they took out the ofuda?! I mean, her brother could enter the house (poor little guy!) so the one tapping at her door must be someone else, no?

Her brother is still there...maybe he needs something from Kagome to move on...
