Ch. 6 . welp :-[ quite the emoji for quite the chapter. that was… interesting, to say the least. and i mean THE VERY LEAST. BUT other than that, it's quite good.

OH MY GOD THAT LAST BIT IN CH. 5 IS SO ADORABLE!1!

I knpw I'm only on chapter 3, but my suggestion is for you to make a chapter where there is 2 facilities, and from each a canidate comes out and then meet each other and have to find a way to civilization.

Okay seriously the part about Chell's parents make a lot of fucking sense, even thought it didn't fit too well but it doesn't matter because god dammit the feels hit so fucking hard because this was actually a mature way to end this thank you so much for writing

From the moment I read "you do not preen the enemy," I never stopped laughing.
Except for when I actually thought she would die by rodent. But, anyway, which phrases triggered the most laughter:
"No! You're not supposed to attack each other!"
"...All alone, with three little rotisseries next to me..."
"Witness as how the killer murders an innocent companion cube...I only managed to corral her bloodlust because I offered her cake...Hold on. You know what? Don't be like her."
Where upon they promptly flew out of the vent and left.

Those were the best bits, IMO. Also the fact that she actually considers it possible for the momma bird and the rodent to be in cahoots, despite the fact that, as someone who values science, she SHOULD know they don't have the mental capacity for that. Makes one think.

Haven't read the rest yet, but this chapter is great. I have a theory that it was actually all the rocket-turret-fire that killed GLaDOS, and the destruction of the cores was just a sort of extra side-action that Chell assumed was the actual solution. After all, in p2 she had no cores and functions perfectly well.

An interesting suggestion as to how GLaDOS's obsession with Chell began.

Ohhhh! Oh wow this is so cool! Each new chapter becomes a new favorite. I didn't think anything would top the one with GLaDOS taking care of Chell, but then the one with the Resistance taking Chell back to Her ("Are you ready to do some Science?" just damn) and then the growing old one (she brought out the chessboard. They can go back to being friends!) the last chapter's ending was adorable (group hug! orange and blue just need to come and join!). and then you end with this one.
The Curiousity Core is adorable. I can't even. The excited "Hi!"and the "...Do you want to be friends?".
But of course everything is ruined when the scientist comes back. But hey Chell GLaDOS was listening I mean look she uses "Mandatory Voluntary Testing" as a "Non-Standard Standard Procedures" how nice!
But wow this one went from cute to waaay messed up. She finds her teacher then GLaDOS' last speech. That was so cruel.
All of these stories were great I'm glad I found them.

GLaDOS's voice was spot-on here, amazingly spot-on. I like that you added the hierarchy, that adds intelligence to the story, and the way GLaDOS decided to simulate love was hilarious. Nice work making GLaDOS care while not caring at the same time.

This was totally good enough to post anywhere. I didn't realize what it was at first, I thought it was some sort of tale about them being in a video game and being made to do the same things over and over. But no, it was the black box quick-save feature, and you told it in a remarkably brilliant way.

That was pretty intense. You wound it right up there and that bit where GLaDOS betrayed herself was extremely satisfying. Nice work.
